Mohania police of Kaimur district of Bihar often remains in the news for its exploits, but this time it crossed all limits of negligence. In fact, the police did not take the referred patient to a higher center for better treatment, due to which the retired army jawan died.

According to the information, the Dial 112 team brought a person from Dadwa of Mohania in an abandoned condition to the subdivisional hospital of Mohania for treatment at 2 pm on Saturday. Where first aid started, but on Sunday morning his health started deteriorating. After that the patient was referred to a higher center for better treatment, but due to the negligence of the police, the retired army soldier died. The deceased retired army soldier has been identified as Pramod Tiwari, a resident of Adilapur of Kochas police station area of ​​​​Rohtas district.

Regarding this matter, Mohania sub-divisional hospital doctor Rupesh Srivastava said that while referring the patient Pramod Tiwari to a higher centre for better treatment, Mohania police was informed about it. But during the referral, the patient was an unknown person and any unknown person is taken to a higher centre by the police. But no one came, after which the patient died. If Pramod Tiwari had received better treatment on time, his life could have been saved.

In this case, Sub Inspector Sanjay Raut of Mohania police station said that the family members of the deceased do not want to get the post-mortem done, from whom the application has been taken.
